Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days on any plan, with a card required to start it. We ask for the card because a trial without one selects for people who were never going to enter one, and because the channels start running on day one: a trial publishes real articles and polls the real models. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you are not charged.
What is the 90-day guarantee?
If you run the system as designed for 90 days — approving the content and letting the channels publish — and your organic traffic, AI visibility, and pipeline have not moved, we refund the subscription fees you paid in that window. Organic growth compounds and 90 days is the shortest honest window to judge it in, so the guarantee is the length of the thing rather than a 30-day gesture.
How do I cancel?
In one click from your billing settings, with no call and no retention flow. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running to its end; your content stays published and your data stays exportable. Monthly plans end at the end of that month, annual plans at the end of the year you paid for.
Why is it one website per plan?
Because everything the system does is specific to one site: the positioning and ICP it reads from, the keyword set it builds, the competitors it tracks, the GEO scores it assigns. Running a second site properly means a second set of all of that, not a shared one — so an extra website is an add-on with its own allocation, rather than a limit we quietly stretch.
What is an email credit?
One credit is one cold email sent to one person. A 1,000-credit month is a thousand first-touch or follow-up emails, and replies, bounces, and warmup mail cost nothing. Credits reset monthly on the Growth and Scale plans and unused ones roll over for a month; credit packs you buy on top do not expire while your subscription is live.
