Acceptance

By accessing or using OrganicUsers.ai (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The Service

OrganicUsers.ai provides SEO analysis, AI-generated content recommendations, and organic growth tooling for B2B SaaS companies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must not share account access with unauthorised users.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter contracts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive content, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or data.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in a way that could harm OrganicUsers.ai or other users.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content created by OrganicUsers.ai, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains yours; by using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that content to deliver the Service.

Payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated recommendations will achieve any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganicUsers.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination you lose access to the Service; provisions that by their nature should survive will do so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
