Fewer articles. The ones that actually rank.

Most "autopilot blog" tools publish 30 posts a month picked from a generic keyword database, and never once look at your Search Console. We do the opposite: read your real ranking data every week, target the searches you can realistically win today, write them, publish them, get them indexed, and refresh them before they decay.

The problem

Publishing on a schedule is not a strategy.

A content calendar guarantees output, not results. If the tool picks thirty keywords from a global database it has never checked against your domain, most of those articles were dead before they were written — there was no realistic opening to chase. You end up paying per word for an archive nobody reads, and you find out ten months later.

Keyword lists built from global volume, never checked against what your domain can actually rank for
No connection to Search Console, so the tool never learns which of its own articles worked
Published and abandoned — nothing catches a post sliding from position 8 to position 22
Generic SaaS filler that reads like it was written by someone who has never seen your product
Why this is different

Your own data decides what gets written.

Every planning run starts from evidence about your site — not from a keyword database and a publishing quota.

01

Search Console is the input

Every run pulls the last 90 days of queries, impressions, CTR, and average position across every page on your site, plus the query-to-page join that reveals which of your pages are competing with each other. That is the raw material for the plan.

Others: a global keyword database and a monthly quota.
02

Ambition matched to your authority

We compute an authority tier by blending your median Search Console position, domain rank, and referring-domain count. A brand-new domain gets low-competition targets it can win this quarter; an established one gets pointed at harder terms. The size of the target list follows that tier, not a calendar.

Others: the same difficulty filter for every customer.
03

Articles are maintained, not abandoned

A detector watches every published article. Stuck in positions 11–20 for 60 days is a plateau. Held the top 10 then slipped past 15 is decay. A changed result page is a SERP shift. Each one queues a refresh automatically, so posts get fixed before the traffic goes.

Others: publish and move on.
04

Written from your BRAIN

Onboarding builds a structured profile of your product, positioning, ICP, features, niche, and competitors. Every draft reads it, so articles argue from your actual product and use your customers’ language instead of interchangeable SaaS filler.

Others: a prompt with your company name pasted in.
How it works

Connect once. Then it runs the loop.

01

Connect your site and Search Console

Drop in your URL. We crawl the site, read your sitemap, and link Google Search Console and the Indexing API in one pass. You describe your product in a sentence or two and we research the rest.

02

We build the BRAIN

A structured knowledge base: profile, features, ICP and buyer segments, niche category, competitors, and positioning. You review and edit it before anything is written, and you can keep editing it forever. Everything downstream reads from it.

03

Opportunities get scored, not scraped

We cross-reference your Search Console data with a global search database for volume and difficulty, filter for commercial intent, classify each query against your ICP, drop anything you have already covered, and rank what survives. You get a prioritised shortlist with a reason attached to each one — not a 500-row spreadsheet.

04

Drafts written for the search, reviewed by you

Format, length, and angle are matched to what is already ranking for that query. Comparison and alternatives pages get the structure Google rewards for them. Every draft lands in a review queue — approve, edit, or discard.

05

Publish, then get indexed immediately

One-click publish to WordPress, Next.js, Astro, or a custom PHP or Node site. The moment you approve, we file a Google Indexing API request, ping IndexNow, and resubmit your sitemap. No waiting on the natural crawl cycle.

06

Internal links flow to the new page

We scan your existing content for pages that should reference the new article, and queue suggested edits with anchor text and a context sentence. Authority reaches the new page in week one instead of month three. You approve those the same way you approve drafts.

07

The strategy re-tunes weekly

Winning pages get supporting articles and more internal links. Pages stuck on page two get refreshed. Pages losing ground get rewritten before the traffic dies. Next week’s plan is built from this week’s results.

New content goes live continuously without you briefing anyone or managing a calendar.
Content that stays alive
Slipping articles are caught and refreshed automatically, months before you would have noticed the decline.
Cited by AI search, not just ranked
We track your mentions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and show which sources they cite instead of you.
Comparison and alternatives pages at scale
The highest-converting queries in SaaS, generated programmatically for every competitor and integration worth a page.
A site audit that stays current
Technical issues, thin pages, and cannibalisation surfaced continuously, not in a one-off PDF.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

What CMS does this work with?
WordPress, Next.js, Astro, and custom PHP or Node sites are supported today, via a publishing webhook and a small install snippet. Webflow is on the near-term roadmap. If a specific platform is a deal-breaker, mention it on the waitlist form — integration requests move up the queue.
How many articles will you publish per month?
Typically 4 to 8, depending on your opportunity set and how much authority your domain has to spend. Tools that promise 30 a month are publishing on a calendar rather than on opportunity, and most of that content never ranks because there was no real opening to chase. We would rather ship fewer articles that win.
How long until I see results?
Most sites start seeing movement within 60 to 90 days. New domains take longer because authority builds gradually, which is exactly why the strategy targets low-competition queries first on a young site. We set specific expectations during onboarding rather than promising a number up front.
Does it edit my existing pages?
For internal links, and for refreshes you approve. When a new article publishes we identify existing pages that should reference it and queue suggested edits. When an article plateaus or decays we queue a rewrite. Nothing changes on your site without your sign-off unless you explicitly turn on auto-publish.
Will my articles get cited by ChatGPT and other AI search tools?
That is explicitly what we optimise for. LLMs cite well-structured, clearly-attributed, intent-matched content — largely the same things modern Google rewards. We also run a separate AI Visibility tracker that polls ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity on the questions your buyers ask, records whether you were mentioned, and shows which sources got cited instead.
How is this different from Outrank, SEObot, and the other autopilot blog tools?
Those tools publish on a schedule from a generic keyword database and never touch your Search Console, so they never learn what is actually working on your site. We plug into Search Console, pick searches you can realistically win right now, write fewer articles, request indexing immediately, and re-tune the plan every week against live data. Same automation, real signal instead of a content calendar.
How is this different from Surfer, Frase, or Ahrefs?
Those are best-in-class point tools — Surfer for on-page optimisation, Frase for briefs, Ahrefs for research. All three hand you a recommendation and expect a human to act on it. We run the whole loop: pick the search, write the article, publish it, index it, link to it, and refresh it when it slips. You are buying the operator, not another dashboard to drive.
Do I have to review everything?
By default, yes — every draft, refresh, and internal-link edit lands in a review queue. Auto-publish is opt-in and per-channel, so you turn it on only once you trust the output.
